    This original Tangletown farm house was completely redone. It has three bedrooms, an office/den, an open concept living/dining room area with a step down to the kitchen and main bedroom. It also includes a main floor laundry area, a one car detached garage, a basement with plenty of storage space, and a back patio area with a huge yard. The house has hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, new windows, and air conditioning. The house is only one block from Minnehaha Creek with miles of bike and walking paths connecting the parkway to the lakes. With the location on Diamond Lake Road in Southwest Minneapolis, it has easy access to 35 W, and is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, from Kowolski's, Walgreens, Tangletown Gardens, Starbucks, St Paul Bagelry, and many more. The house is available for rent on December 1, 2020 (possibly sooner), or January 1, 2021. Lease is a one or two year term with one month rent for security deposit. If interested, I would start by setting up a showing at the house, and then collecting a rental application with possible background checks and credit scores. Bills not included. (Below prices are monthly expenses on average) Gas: Summer $12. Winter $60 Electrical: Summer $100, Winter $60 Water/ Sewer/Trash: $97 Internet/ cable: (My tenants pay $70, but there are a variety of packages.) Lawn: I use a lawn service at the property that sprays for weeds, fertilizes, etc. four times a year. However the tenants are in charge of maintaining the yard, mowing, snow removal, etc. Some tenants hire a service, but most tenants do it on their own. (Snow blower and lawn mower included with the house.) I pay for Home Service Plus on all appliances, so if anything goes wrong, it will be dealt with right away. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. Cats are OK, Dogs are negotiable. The back yard has some fencing, but it is not completely fenced in. There is one garage parking spot, and then another car can park in front of the garage. Off street parking for others, which has never been a problem. Please note that Diamond Lake Road is currently under construction, so it may be a little challenging to check it out, but the road will be completed by the time tenants move in.
