At last, if we both agree to sign the lease, we also require at least one month rent as security deposit plus first month rent to move in, which is at least $2600; but for applicants who have some background issue, or low credit or rental history problem, we require TWO month rent as security deposit plus 1st month rent to move in if we still approve the application. Also we require the monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rent, which means the monthly income should be over $3900 (Sometime we may be a little flexible). If you are still interested, it's better to bring your current rental lease, driver license, social security card, and some documents which can show your monthly income, for example, your payroll stub for last 3 months.
