    Beautiful setting to build a new home. There are two parcels totaling 4.3 acres. Very private and quiet setting.There is an old home on the property that is uninhabitable. You can't see the house from the road. Owner states there is electric, water and public sewer available. Access to the property is only from Cramer Road. Our company sign is located where the driveway was but it is overgrown. You can still see where the driveway was. The neighbor is mowing approx two acres of the land. There are two properties that our listed as 112 Cramer Road. The driveway where there is a mailbox marked 112 Cramer Road is NOT this property that is for sale. However, that driveway is the only access to the property. The neighbor was gracious enough to let people drive up the driveway to view the property.
