All bathrooms have Swiss Madison touchless toilets. Can convert media room and/or den to bedrooms making house up to 5BR. Renter provides their own furniture for extra bedrooms. Each room in the house has: Siri HomePod (excluding sunroom) Smart TV (excluding living room, dining room, & sunroom) Smart Lighting (excluding sunroom) 2 of the bedrooms (Master & Yellow) have Sleep Number adjustable smart beds. Red bedroom has new mattress. All bedrooms have LED night stands and come furnished with new sheets, blankets, towels & washcloths. Pillows not provided (pillow cases are). Top floor is controlled by a smart thermostat. It will even play music sent from your phone. Apparently thermostats do that now. Why not? Top of the line iRobot vacuum and mop keep the ground floor clean always. Renter must provide maintenance to use. The kitchen is made with chefs in mind. Samsung smart fridge equipped with Alexa & Bixby can do it all. Want a recommendation based on what the fridge sees inside it? No problem. Need to set multiple timers while cooking? Easy peasy. At the store and forgot if you need milk? Just look at the camera in app. Want to watch tv in the morning or the news while you cook? It does that too. Leases can be any length the renter decides up to 1yr (with options to renew). Lease renews each year at a 3% increase. No smoking in the property and if you smoke outside, butts must be thrown away. Owner will perform 2-4 inspections/yr with notice to keep up with maintenance. Renter must replace any damaged property that isn't from normal wear & tear within 30 days of damage. Plenty of parking in garage or driveway included. No major modifications to the property allowed unless authorized in writing by the owner or property manager. Upon signing the lease owner and renter will do a video walkthrough together.
