2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country cottage with a new barn built in 2015. The house is located in the Vermont countryside with 5 acres of largely hardwoods. The house was just repainted and updated this past summer with a new Rennai heater. We just istalled a new stainless steel range. The basement has just been insulated with 3.5 inches of spray foam. The house has a conventional septic with a leech field. The barn is only a year and a half old. I am currently adding a heated room in the barn to be used as an office/den. The woodshed is currently filled with 8 cord of wood ready to be used.
