This is a lovely small house (822 sq ft) in East Nashville. It is very close to Shelby Park, 5 Points, a very quick 5 minute drive to downtown, and quick easy access to 24. We love the neighborhood, there are lots of dog walkers and great neighbors. You would have skyline views from the front yard, fireworks on the 4th from the sidewalk and plenty of parking. We are pet friendly but we will need some info on your pup. It's a small house so multiple dogs might not be a good fit. There is a fenced backyard and a lovely outdoor seating area. But people love living in this house. We lived here until we couldn't fit anymore. The tenant that is moving out has bought a house after 18 months, and the tenants before her bought a house after living here for 5 years. The kitchen and bathroom have new vinyl flooring, and there are nice hardwood floors in the rest of the house. The wood shelving in the living room stays because it's a great place for a TV, and the wood blinds in the living room stay also. We cut the grass, but you will pay for electric and water. The electric bill is manageable because the house is so small. It could be the hottest day of the summer and the AC can still cool the whole thing down in 10 minutes. There are ceiling fans, there is no gas. The water heater, stove and the microwave are new in the last 5 years. The house is available immediately. 1 year lease, renter pays utilities, landlord pays for yard care, deposit is one month of rent, plus pet deposit if you have a pet.
