The control center powers the fully automated interior/exterior lighting systems, Sony media centers, temperature settings, interior home dehumidification, built-in speakers (38 speakers by TruAudio), survalience systems (with hi-def full color cameras, including night vision) and pool functionality. The level 1 cabana with pool was constructed using a concrete poured sub deck and finished with 36"x18" porcelain tile and epoxy grout. Additionally, all tree balconies were finished using the same decking application with custom aluminum railings powder coated for coastal protection.
