Looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom of our awesome 3-bed/ 3.5-bath house in the Near Northeast/ H-Street corridor. Details: Move-in: Lease transfer would be on March 31st, 2026. That is also the earliest move-in date. Tenure: The lease is for one year with the opportunity to renew Rent: $1,317 a month with about $100 - $150 in utilities (largely based on the time of year) Upfront costs: $500 lease transfer fee and ~$70 application fee (no deposit necessary!) House: Fully furnished common areas (you will need to furnish your room), access to all three floors, private bathroom and bedroom, access to shared storage room, and a dishwasher and washer/ dryer in the home. Location: I honestly cannot say enough good things about this location. We are right off of H-St, so we have access to all of the businesses there. We are within walking distance of 3 grocery stores, plenty of bars, and the streetcar. We have great neighbors, and the area is overall really nice. We are looking for a roommate, male or female, but preferably LGBTQ+ or a strong ally. Any personality type will work well! We are in our mid-to-late 20s, so looking for that age range. I have a cat, and she does not like other animals, so no new pets, please. We are both very tidy and like to keep the house clean, so that will be important!
