We purchased this home in Dec of 2009. We have added a 2000 sq ft shop, a 16 x 45 foot covered RV parking and a 6 x 8 foot garden tool shed with a 500 gallon water tank beneath it. We added a beautiful fireplace and a 4 x 8 foot island between kitchen and dining area. We rock-scaped the front yard and fenced off the yard between the shop and the house and have half lawn and half raised garden planters. The kitchen is large and has lots of storage. New roof was put on when we bought the home. Master bathroom was completely remodeled in 2015. The master bedroom has carpet and the rest of the house is tile flooring. Wonderful, open living area/dining area.
