My favorite memories will be having our grands at the house gathered at our big table, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, the grands kayaking all afternoon. Kids would fish, catch toads & chase fireflies at night. Nature walks as one granddaughter called them through the neighborhood was a favorite. We raised & fed the mallards on the lake, fed catfish in the evenings and got to meet people from all over the world through our Airbnb. We’ve made precious friends up & down our street that we’ll dearly miss. They’d gather in our yard to watch the spectacular fireworks display right in front of our backyard. We’d do it again the beginning of Dec to watch the Christmas parade! We have truly loved our time on the lake.
