This place is a 5-minute walk to the park and 15-minute walk to a bunch of cute shops and restaurants nearby. There's no AC in the garden unit, but it stays pretty cool in the summer. No smoking allowed in the building, and renters pay utilities. All pets are okay with no pet deposit.
