Lovely neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Look out for each other. Has watersoftner & water purifier in home. New storm windows replaced in 2004. Neighborhood Description Very nice neighbors. Many of my neighbors have lived in this area since the houses were first built in the late 50's, so that is how I know what rooms were added later. I know the history of the home & who lived here based on my neighbors accounts. I feel very save here as it is a neighborhood that watches out for one another. Not all the homes are of the same standard but many are. Folks in this area seem to take some pride in how thier homes look. Very glad to have made this purchase and plan to stay here as long as is possible.
