This is a very nice home. I lived in it for five years and do home improvement work for a living. I love what i do and I have completely remodeled this entire home. It has hard wood oak flooring in all of the bed rooms and also in the living room and hall way. It has granite counter tops and brand new tile in the kitchen and bathroom floor. I just put in a brand new heat pump that is very efficient. I was not planning on turning this into a rental when I was doing all the work to it. This home is 15 min from the Dalhgren Base and Fort AP Hill. It is two min from the town of King George and 5 min from all the schools in King George. I know all the neighbors and they are very nice.
