The walk out basement has the most private bed (queen), living area with pullout couch/bed, wood stove, full bath and laundry. Walk out rear door to patio. Home is on a shared well. Only electric utility and no gas. Heat pump installed for A/C and heat. Additional electric wall heaters for winter. This would be a suitable rental for an individual, or couple, or family with kids. It would not be great for multiple adults since the lofted bedroom does not have as much privacy (floor to ceiling curtains). $2200/month plus electric ($40-60/month in summer depending on A/C usage. $60-90/month in Winter depending on heat usage), share of water ($20/month), WI-FI ( shared Starlink high speed $55/month) and garbage pickup if you want it. You would be responsible for keeping your driveway clear of snow. We will share responsibility for mowing the lawn, which is easy and only needs to be done June- Sept. Pets negotiable.
