Located in the Clarksville neighborhood, you'll be walking distance to some of the city's most beloved spots, all while enjoying the laid-back vibe of a small-town neighborhood within downtown Austin. The home features an abundance of natural light, beautiful natural wood finishes, and a seamless blend of modern and traditional features. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, with a small table for four and bar stools, and an elegant dining room with a table for eight. The game room features a bar, pool table, and ping pong table, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone. A pet fee applies, and only adult dogs 18 months or older and weighing less than 35 lbs are allowed. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur may result in a cleaning fee. Guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost. Clarksville is renowned for its culinary gems. No Saturday check-outs are permitted. Exterior security cameras are installed on the property, and both carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed for safety. A laptop computer is not included.
