It is only a 15 minute walk to Union Station, and there are a number of major bus routes (X2 and X8) within a few blocks. The X8 bus stop is right in front of the apartment. The basement unit is on the edge of a row house, and this gives the unit many windows allowing a lot of natural light in. The unit boasts a large living room, full kitchen, W/D, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The unit also has a back yard patio and it is a great place to relax and BBQ! The room available is the unfurnished master bedroom which is about a 9x14. The room has a good size closet and two large windows. The room is available for $1100/month. This unit is currently under a month-to-month lease. If you are interested in this unit, we can discuss a move in date which is somewhat flexible/negotiable.The current roommate will be moving out on August 29th. The landlord covers water and sewage. The other utilities will be split. The unit also has an on-call maintenance worker. Would prefer someone to stay for at least 3 months. This is a great price for the bedroom and location!
