Several bus lines and bike paths run close to the apartment, making it easy to get wherever you want to go. Street parking permits are available from the city for a small fee. Applicants must pass a background check before being approved. All utilities included in rent, except internet - that means heat and gas too! Pets approved at discretion of landlord. Sublet runs until August 14th, with the option of resigning for another year. No air conditioning - an additional $40 will be added to rent if tenant wants to install a window unit.
