Upstairs is another master suite with a king bed for even more privacy. It features an ensuite bathroom, desk area, plenty of closet space, and a deck overlooking the beautiful back yard. The third bedroom containing a sleeper sofa is out back by the pool: a renovated pool house/cottage with all the essentials and a private entry separate from the main house. The rear yard outdoor living area is set up for outdoor entertaining. It features all new Trex decking in the rear, a bamboo privacy fence, and a huge 15x30 heated and chilled pool. You will find a new fully outdoor kitchen, a covered seating area, and plenty of space to lounge and/or entertain.
