One bedroom is 12x12 and the other bedroom is 12x14. A sliding glass door opens up to a back patio with a semi-private privacy fence.We are close to the varied shopping of Oakway Shopping Center and resturants, but are nestled far enough away for a quiet atmosphere and light traffic. Month-to-month. $35 application fee per adult.$200 reservation deposit that is deducted from your deposit when you are approved.If not approved you are refunded the $200.There is a $15 fee for garbage each month and no utilities are paid.
