This is a superbly well maintained home and the nicest one in it's price range. Three bedrooms are set up on the upper floor with an extensive master suite. The master bedroom boasts cathedral ceilings and a large walk in closet and the cathedral ceilings carry into the master bath where you will find his and her sinks. The laundry is conveniently set on the upper level with the bedrooms and the washer and dryer DO convey with this home. The main living area has wood floors, which are getting freshly refinished as we speak! They will gleam perfectly for their new owners.
