This charming home is located in the Lucas Farms area. It was built in 1959 and is an excellent example of an authentic Mid-century styled house. Lucas Farms is a laidback, friendly neighborhood that is far enough away from downtown to be quiet but close enough that you can walk or bike if you want to. There are many new amenities. The bathroom was completely redone in the appropriate style. It has a newer stove and a very recent washer and dryer. Radon mitigation equipment was installed in the basement and radon levels meet regulations. We have also added a couch and area rug in the living room. It has central air. The house is lightly furnished, and you are welcome to use any or all of the furnishings. The main floor is 912 square ft, and the basement is full-sized. There is single-car detached garage with an automatic door opener. The garage is only available April - November. We store a vintage car in the garage over the winter. No smoking, please. We will allow well behaved pets. We live right across the street and are always available to help with any questions or problems.
