All fairly new stainless-steel appliances, Granite counter tops, laminate hardwood floors and ceramic tile. Air fryer, toaster oven and other cooking appliances. The bedroom is carpeted and has a walk-in closet. Room has a bed, end table and either a desk or cubed entertainment center. You would have an assigned uncovered parking spot right outside the bedroom window view. Carport is also available and laundry right on premise just a few steps away but they are putting new machines in after the storms but there is still a laundry room available on the property. Target, Publix, Steak and Shake, 711, Millers Ale House, Oriental food, CVS, and other shopping within a couple block walk. (Gateway Mall) The #4 bus is at the end of the street and takes you to Gateway where you can go just about anywhere including Tampa. I am about 20 steps away out the Florida Room from one of the 2 pools in the complex and it also has tennis courts, etc. I have 2 refrigerators and also a deep freezer so plenty of room for food and bev.
