I'm seeking housemate(s) to rent the whole two bedroom floor of a beautifully updated 18th-century row house in the heart of the North Side. I am looking for another housemate(s) because three bedrooms are far too much for me. However, I love living here and would love to share it with someone else who would love it too. There are three floors in total. The first floor is a common area. The common area includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, half bath, outdoor patio with fenced-in yard. The 2nd floor space, which you'd be renting, includes two bedrooms one of which can easily be used as a work-from-home office along with your own private full bathroom and three full closets for ample storage. I live on the third floor. About Me, Your Housemate Hi, my name is Dan! I'm a young professional in my 30s and a working professional in the nonprofit social innovation space. My workdays are long typically 12 to 16 hours and I like to keep a low profile at home. I rarely come down to the shared living spaces except to briefly make quick meals (I keep it simple and tidy in the kitchen, and the dishwasher helps with that!). I go out about once a week, but my party days are well behind me, so I'm hoping to find a housemate with a similar lifestyle and pace. I love furry friends especially dogs! My previous housemate had a Doberman Pinscher who would bark and lick me to greet me whenever I came home. I really miss that energy and would happily welcome a well-behaved pet into the house.
