This bright and sunny home is located in what is called the "Del Monte Park" area of Pacific Grove near the Country Club Shopping Center, off of David Avenue on the Monterey Peninsula. Zillow is asking for a showing schedule, so I checked Mon AM and Sat PM , but other days and times might be possible. No smoking. No pets. Renter pays for water, utilities, trash service and any cable/internet. Tenant must carry Renter's Insurance. Owner pays sewer fee. Renter must have good credit, and satisfactorily pass background and reference checks.
