First, last and deposit. No smoking, RV parking, parking for 2-3 cars. No junk cars allowed. Renter pays utilities (trash and electric) water and sewer is negotiable. Renter must keep outside of home clean and free of clutter at all times. Trash barrel should be stored on back of property and taken to the street only on trash pick up day. The newly layed grass will need to be watered and maintained meticulously. Approved renter can discuss expectations in more detail prior to moving in. If renter is unable to maintain the lawn, landlord can maintain it (agreement can be made prior to move in) A quiet renter in the evening and night hours is appreciated.
