Property has nice fishing dock on waterfront which is on a natural and deep bayou connecting to the Jordan River and Bay of St. Louis. Family currently renting home for past 5 years will be moving out near end of year before or on December 31st. Property has a dock for small boats but pilings are not driven in far enough for heavy boats/ sailboats... If requested, we could possibly drive in new pilings deeper into bayou to attach to dock which would then accommodate larger sailboats. Cottage was designed with large living area for open feel and has double hung windows to both take advantage of the beautiful nature views and the whole house attic fan. Cottage comes with a central air and heat system and wood burning stove, has two bedrooms with one main bathroom and a half bathroom adjoining master bedroom. Home is not really set up for large families as is two bedroom and only one bathtub/ shower. The half bathroom is for for 2nd person needing to use small commode/ area and small sink. Property has wide open living area and custom but yet humble kitchen area with window viewing beautiful live oak tree! Deck has amazing wide open views of breath bayou and nature prairie, is located on a natural deep bayou and is not far from the Bay of St. Louis and Cat Island and property has live oak trees. Home has a large 272 sq ft enclosure downstairs with ceramic tile floors, five windows, a ceiling fan/ light, fiberglass door, 5 windows and outlets and could possibly be used as extra living area as is large and perhaps a 2nd great room. Note, we will rent home as either a 1/2 year lease or a 18 month lease because we do not want home lease to expire on New Years Eve next year. New family will be responsible to maintain property including cutting grass. Family renting home will need to put Coast Electric electricity in their name and pay us 75.00 monthly estimate for Hancock County water utility as they will not allow it to be put into renters name and this will be added to monthly rent.
