New home completed in November 2013 on a .81 acre level lot in a cul-de-sac of just twelve new homes. The home offers 2,700 square feet of living space, not counting the basement which is also finished. We love our home, but our family size has decreased recently, so we are looking to go smaller. This has been a great family home with several options for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. Our neighbors are wonderful people, and there are many children in the neighborhood who attend both public and private schools in the area. The low-maintenance saltwater pool sparkles with very little effort or expense and is operated by a computerized system that includes underwater lights. There are maturing arborvitae trees all around the fence for privacy. Our finished basement has a separate heating/cooling zone and a large egress window allowing natural light to shine in. We have easily hosted gatherings of 20 or more people inside our home! The basement also has a large unfinished area with a sump pump and deep shelves for storage. We have a little exercise/workout area there as well. Features of this home include 9-foot first floor and basement ceilings, heated bathrooms, dual zoned heat pump, first floor laundry and a full bathroom on the first floor. The neighborhood association is governed by residents of the cul-de-sac, and yearly dues are $300. This takes care of snow removal from the cul-de-sac and swale maintenance.
