One of the most beautiful vernal pools in Lake County is located on this 140+ acre of timberland in the Mendocino National Forest. USFS maintained road right to it, with government land bordering it on 3 sides. The pond is in a very nice meadow at the base of the property, a short hike up leads to some spectacular building sites with views of most of the Clear Lake basin. Very nice stand of timber on the property. The upper portion has a lot of gentle ground, but will take a little dozer work to open the existing roads and trails.
