This is listed as a house because Zillow does not offer a mobile home listing, the rent is $1100, per month, with $1100 deposit, it is a very clean, 3 bed, 2 bath mobile home in a quite park, it has laminate and vinyl flooring, fresh paint, new refrigerator, we do require a one year lease, and we do not take housing vouchers at this time. Small inside cat or dog only, max 20 pounds, maximum 2 pets, $250.00 deposit per pet. Park pays water, sewer, and garbage. Our park is small, it's quite and not party central, families and shift workers are here, so no parties, no loud music, etc. 1 year required, then month to month, we no longer repair or replace stove or refrigerator, they are supplied, but if they go out, we not longer replace them. We expect you to keep your area clean and neat, no garbage on porches, we do the mowing and weed eating. No more than 3 cars allowed, and no parking past the porches or sideways. Speed limit is 10mph, please keep that in mind, we have children riding bikes and playing. No pets without prior approval and only cats and dogs, no more than 20 pounds.
