Appliances included, along with some furniture (can be removed if unwanted). House has new roof, floors, and AC. Utilities are not included in rent. Property is overlooked by property manager located in the vicinity. Credit score of more than 650 required for people in the lease. Initial lease is for 6 months but can be modified according to renter needs. $1000 refundable security deposit required upon signing lease. Renter is responsible for utilities. Lawn is required to be properly maintained by renter. No smoking allowed in the house or premise. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and will require a monthly pet fee of $30 along with a one time refundable security deposit of $250. The carport and driveway allow for two car parking; permanent lawn parking is not allowed for lawn care reasons, though temporary parking is permitted. Credit report of all members included in the lease will be required prior to signing.
