The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed for guests with ensuite bath. The office has glass doors for a quiet work environment. Entertaining is effortless with the oversized kitchen island and ample seating for family and friends. Floor to ceiling doors open to the lanai with stunning views of downtown. Kitchen is fully stocked. Laundry room has state of the art washer and dryer, sink, folding counter and clothes hanging area. Closet stocked with beach towels and sunscreen. Enjoy the southern exposure and a view of the private flights approaching and departing Naples Airport. Minimum two months. Any combination from June to February. Unit is rented from February to May 2025. One secured parking spot is included with additional spots in unsecured area next to building available. No smoking!
