I would kindly ask that you not drive up here unless we've made an appointment. I live on a private road and once you get up to my house its a dead end. So if you're that person that needs to keep a perfect car, this rental isn't for you, since you'll be driving a dirt road for a mile to get here over potholes. Just want to be as transparent as possible. The view up here is breathtaking and of course private. Must love bunnies and squirrels, lots of them . Of course since were in the mountains, lots of wild life. If you choose to keep the house here, the land rent from landlord is 750 per month.
