Renovation and addition 1950's house completed in 2005. Many upgrades. House needs new shingles, hardwood floors refinished, and new furnace and exterior compressor. 18 windows have blown seals and need to be replaced. Custom made windows are required for this since the original manufacture has gone out of business. Much of the exterior trim is rotted and needs to be replaced, as well as a total repaint of the exterior. The deck needs to be replaced. Dogs have chewed up much of the interior base boards which need to be replaced. And the entire interior of the house needs to be repainted. The cabinets in both the kitchen and the master bathroom have been chewed up by dogs and much of the stain and finished have come off and need to be totally replaced. Home needs a new dish washer, refrigerator, and washer and dryer.
