Wonderful neighborhood church built in 1880. The interior has the original plaster ceiling and walls. Seating capacity for over 120 people, 1740 sq. ft. The Altar is 460 sq. ft, 90 sq. ft. office space off the side of Altar, and 230 sq. ft. balcony in the rear of the church. Stained glass windows and pews stay if used as church; otherwise they will be removed glass windows to be installed. The basement is finished with kitchen, 2 baths, 2,100 approx. sq ft open area for meetings, luncheons. The plaster ceiling was repaired, and floor painted in 1996. The Church has 2 furnaces, forced air heat installed in 1969.
