Laundry room with washer and dryer is available on-site, located downstairs in the basement. Rental unit does not have central air, but has a brand new "Quiet Cool" home attic exhaust fan. An off-street paved parking slab for two vehicles is included, plus on-street parking if preferred. Tenant will share backyard/outdoor space and laundry room with tenant of adjoining unit.
