Private, unfurnished bedroom with two closets and a large rear-facing window. The room is 10 x 12, carpeted, and comes with two closets. The private bathroom is right beside the bedroom. Shared space includes a loft, which can be used as a (shared) home office space, kitchen, dining area, living room with a 65" TV, laundry room, downstairs full bathroom, and an outdoor patio. There is also an unfinished basement with space for storage. The common areas are partially furnished. I need a dining table and chairs and a sofa and some comfortable chairs in the living room. I am open to having a housemate bring these items if they have them. Otherwise, I will be buying them in the next month or two. No smoking in unit. Landlord will require credit check and names of two references, one of whom should be a previous landlord or property manager
