The front bedroom could be rented out to another person. Given these possibilities, this apartment is advertised as a two-bedroom. When touring the property, you can view the layout and decide if it works for you. The unit's maximum occupancy is three people. Furnished Apartment Option The apartment is currently unfurnished except a few pieces of furniture. However, if you want to lease the apartment furnished, the furniture has an additional monthly rental fee of $200/month, including the following pieces: - king bed and mattress - coffee table - kitchen table and chairs - dressers for storage - one desk and leather desk chair - two large TVs - lamps - complete set of pots, pans, sharp knives, cutlery - crock pot, rice cooker, mixer, toaster and other appliances In short, our furnished apartment provides everything you might need for a comfortable if not luxurious living situation. One-year minimum lease preferred. Deposit: $2,400 (the base monthly rent). When signing the lease, you must pay $2,400 (deposit) plus $2,400 (first month's discounted rent), plus the fees for services that you elect (see below) Services - Who Pays What? Landlord pays for water and trash/recycling. Tenant pays $100/month for gas and electricity (which assumes normal use of utilities).
