Livable 4 rooms house with one full bath, located on a secluded TN mountain area by Crawford, about 20 minutes to downtown Monterey, 35 minutes to Cookeville. Very private with forest and bluff behind and apple trees grape vines by the sides. But it is not a perfect house to live, which requires handy tenants to do some repairs including, two bedrooms' flooring, front porch floor leveling, except which the owner does not see any other problems. There is NO appliances in the house either. There are city water, electricity and natural gas. By owner's permission, tenants may do some alteration/remodeling to the house to make their rental more comfortable. Owner does require 1months' security deposit but may consider waive some rent for the cleaning and repairing. Background check and credit check will be required. Renters responsible for all the utilities and repairs if they want to do so.
