While the cabin is located in a serene area, it is a short distance (5 minute drive) to the happening Ruidoso downtown area. Cabin is on a hillside and while there is off-road parking at the bottom of the driveway, a 4-wheel drive and experienced driver will be necessary to park at the top of the driveway. One small pet may be allowed. No smoking allowed. Lease duration is negotiable.
