There is running water to the house for the sinks and shower with a greywater filtration system but no septic and indoor toilet currently. The toilet is located outside the home, it is a pit privy. A non-conventional toilet such as an incinerating toilet or composting toilet would be easier and cheaper option for an indoor toilet, rather then installing a septic.
