Upstairs, there is a private apartment with one bedroom one bath and kitchen. Washer and dryer are located in an enclosed area near the downstairs kitchen and entryway. The house is furnished, but we would consider renting it unfurnished for a long-term tenant. Please let us know if you are interested in renting out both units as one 3Bed 3 Bath two kitchen home. (Located 15 minutes from Boone!) This is a one-year lease, with an option for 2year. Please no smoking. And note that the property is furnished. (Although we would consider renting unfurnished for someone staying long-term.) We're asking first and last month's rent at signing, along with a security deposit. This is also negotiable for a long-term tenant. Tenant is responsible for electrical, gas (propane), and internet/phone. We will cover pumping the septic tank up to one pump per year (which has always been enough). Tenants must drop off garbage and recycling at one of the local transfer stations, nearest one is just a five minute drive.
