Kitchen remodeled, new tile, sink, faucet, countertops, back splash, new paint, handles,hendges on cabinets . New attic fan motor installed. New lights and fans installed in each room. New outlets and outlet covers installed. New light switches and light switch covers. New base board and crown moulding installed. New carpet in the four bedrooms. Textured and painted whole house. New chicken coup and fienceing installed in backyard. The house was totally remodeled in 2014. The real estate agent was completely unprofessional. Had it sold as is contract one people backed out after the buyers had me complete a list spending my money, they backed out and the agent took the escrow money or he just does not know what he is doing, lowered price signed contract and backed out again. I'm now doing what I wanted before this real estate guy did business like a unlicensed agent.
