We are a young professional couple who lives in an adorable home in Irmo, very close to Lake Murray, on a quiet cul-de-sac located in Coldstream. We never use the upstairs portion of our house since everything we need is downstairs and we don't have children, except our fur babies, two dogs named Kevin and Hobo. We would love to rent our second guest bedroom out to another responsible working adult. You would have your own bathroom and the frog area is great den if you would prefer to hang out and watch a movie or tv alone. No one else stays upstairs and you can close the door to the stairs for complete privacy, it would almost feel like a suite. We are very clean and easy going people, we would like someone with shared cleanliness habits and a sold work history. The kitchen, living room, and laundry will all be shared spaces, we have a screened in back porch and also a good sized deck, with a decent sized back yard. We love camping, hiking, playing video-games, grilling and relaxing outdoors. We would love to hear from you if you think this is the place for you.
