A rental application is required prior to scheduling a viewing. This expansive three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is available for occupancy. The following rental criteria apply: A credit report is required for all occupants 18 years of age or older. First month's rent and a security deposit are due upon lease execution. Applicants must submit two months' pay stubs and a valid government-issued photo ID for each occupant. All intended residents must be listed on the application. Minors may be added via email providing their relevant information. Parking is available in a designated rear lot, and on-street parking is also available. Verification of employment and a landlord reference are required. Applicants with a history of eviction are ineligible. However, Section 8 vouchers and other housing assistance programs are accepted. The renter is responsible for electricity and water. No smoking in or on the premises, and the renter's is required to keep the property free and clear from garbage and trash debris.
