We're moving to the UK so we sadly have to leave our apartment in Oakland. It's a spacious one bedroom just by Jack London Square within the gated residential community of The Landing, which offers a gym and swimming pool on site, too. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living room, balcony (with storage), bedroom with walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a private parking spot. It gets lots of natural light and we've happily lived here for three years. The leasing office provides complimentary maintenance for any issues, too. Lake Merritt BART station is just 12 min walk and the ferry to Alameda and San Francisco is just under 15 min walk. There's a farmers market every Sunday in Jack London Square and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment comes either partly furnished or unfurnished and you'd be taking over our lease for the remaining 4 months (until August 28th 2019). No deposit necessary. You can chat with the leasing office in case you have pets.
