Location: 111 Carlton St. Toronto, ON M5B 2G3 Parkside Student Residence (Although this is a dormitory for students, individuals who do not identify as students may also reside here.) 2. There is a streetcar (506) stop right in front, and the College Station is located just a 5-minute walk away. 3. The rooms are private, but you will need to share the bathroom with a roommate. (For those who value privacy, there is a locking mechanism on the door, so you should not need to worry.) 4. Rental Conditions: Monthly Rent: $1565 + $2000 meal plan for 4 months (originally it was $3980) (It's negotiable) 5. If something is broken, the water won't drain, the toilet is clogged, you want to change the layout of your room, or need cleaning assistance, you can call a maintenance technician with just one QR code for free. (Staff are on standby at all times.) 6. The move-in date is negotiable.
