The home is on a winding mountain county maintained paved road for easy access in the winter and is only 10 min away from Arvada, about 25 min away from Golden/Boulder making it for an easy commute for work, restaurants and groceries. If you prefer mountain living and adventures you will find everything you love is close! Golden Gate Canyon State Park is 8 min up the road with miles of hiking trails. Fishing and skiing are also just a short drive away. Our cozy 1 bedroom cabin has a king-sized bed, a personal sauna and a 4-person hot tub. There is also a large wrap around deck along the creek with ample space for grilling, outdoor dining and soaking up the mountain air in the hot tub. No smoking allowed. Cabin comes furnished. Owners pay utilities (gas/water).
