    HELLO EVERYONE !!! Blessed thanks you to all of you GOOD people *(you know who you are) for your wonderful support during this awkward and unprecedented Global Pandemic...!! We've been up for sale (on & off) since March 3rd of last year, and during that time we've had 52 inquiries, 11 visits, and 3 offers, (one which we had accepted) and were tied-up in Escrow from Nov.11th thru Dec. 21st of last year. (..sadly, that purchase attempt failed.) Mainly -- we've been HOLDING-OUT, trying to place the home in the hands of someone who desperately needs housing here locally (fire survivor, covid survivor, 1st responder, medical, etc.) AND - to do so at a DISCOUNT - rather than 'for the most money'! (...'crazy,' right? ...I know!) Surprisingly, that task has proven more difficult than initially perceived, and due to the length of time we've been up FOR SALE on Zillow, we've been encouraged by our good Real-Estate friends to "..take the listing down.." and then to re-list our home again, in early February.
