HELLO EVERYONE !!! Blessed thanks you to all of you GOOD people *(you know who you are) for your wonderful support during this awkward and unprecedented Global Pandemic...!! We've been up for sale (on & off) since March 3rd of last year, and during that time we've had 52 inquiries, 11 visits, and 3 offers, (one which we had accepted) and were tied-up in Escrow from Nov.11th thru Dec. 21st of last year. (..sadly, that purchase attempt failed.) Mainly -- we've been HOLDING-OUT, trying to place the home in the hands of someone who desperately needs housing here locally (fire survivor, covid survivor, 1st responder, medical, etc.) AND - to do so at a DISCOUNT - rather than 'for the most money'! (...'crazy,' right? ...I know!)
