This unit is very close to Radford Universities campus and super walkable to downtown as well. It has a ton of space for a 1 bedroom unit. It will need some upgrading as there are still tenants currently in the unit, but will be available come August 1st. There is parking in the back and we handle the yard maintenance. We also include water and sewer. The unit does have washer/dryer hookups, we do not provide washers/dryers. This price is for 1 adult, if there are two adults the rent will increase $100. The owner pays for water and sewer, the tenant would pay electric and trash. There is no smoking in these units. We allow up to 2 animals per household that must be registered with us. It is electric baseboard heat, so there is no a/c. If you would like a/c you are welcome to install your own window unit.
