I love this home because it has a very open floor plan, and is beautiful! It is easy maintenance very comfortable and a peaceful place to call home. It is accross the street from Austenville Jr High School and so is, of course, in a drug free zone. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. I bought it in 2023 after it was remodeled. It came with new cabinets, new dishwasher, new marble countertops, new microwave, new eyelevel oven and counter level stovetop. It also came with a high quality heat pump/ air conditioning unit. It also came with new light fixtures and new wiring. The beautiful real hardwood floors were just refinished. It has tile floors in the bathrooms for easy maintenance. I love to sit out on my covered back deck and watch the birds, bunnies, chipmunks and squirrels. I have a two car garage. There is a laundry room/pantry off of the kitchen, and the closets and storage are large. In short, I would never sell thislovely home without a good reason. The reason I'm selling is that my children and grandchildren live in another state, and I would like to live closer to them.
